How long does the mmc996 account registration process take?

The mmc996 registration process is designed to be completed in under 3 minutes. You only need to fill in your username, phone number, and password, then verify your phone number via OTP. Your account is activated immediately upon successful verification.

Is there a fee to register a mmc996 account?

Not at all. Registering an mmc996 account is completely free. There are no registration fees, no monthly charges, and no hidden costs. You only need to make a deposit when you are ready to start playing, with a minimum deposit as low as RM 10.

Can I register more than one account?

No. mmc996 policy allows only one active account per individual. Registering multiple accounts using the same or different information violates our terms of service and may result in the freezing or closure of all associated accounts without notice.

What do I need to prepare for the KYC verification process?

To complete the KYC process and enable your first withdrawal, please provide a clear front and back photo of your identity card (MyKad) along with proof of your current address — such as a utility bill, bank statement, or official letter — dated within the last 3 months. The KYC verification process is typically completed within 24 business hours.

Can I play via smartphone after registering?

Yes, absolutely. mmc996 provides a mobile app for Android and iOS that can be downloaded directly from the App. You can also access the full platform through your mobile browser with no download required. All games are optimized for smartphone screens.

What should I do if I forget my account password?

Click the "Forgot Password" link on the Login page. Enter your registered phone number and an OTP will be sent to verify your identity. Once verified, you can set a new password immediately. If you encounter any issues, contact the mmc996 support team via live chat, available 24/7.
